The third step to becoming
a leader in God’s Kingdom
is to clear away existing stumbling blocks.
In The Song Of The Vineyard,
the farmer clears away the stones
in order to make the land
more receptive to planting.
For leaders, it is imperative that we
learn to recognize and remove
unhealthy emotions, bad behaviors,
and false beliefs that may be lurking
in our hearts.
Ask yourself:
“Am I harboring any
fear, shame, or guilt?”
“What’s holding me back
from taking that next step?”
“Am I believing any lies about
who God created me to be?”
Every leader must
learn how to recognize and remove
stumbling blocks.
