This card speaks to me because no matter how many times we fail, our God is an awesome God and reminds us that we can never stray too far away from Him!
This card speaks to me because here lately I’ve been struggling with my past. I was addicted to prescription pain meds, turned my life and my families lives upside down! I have been clean now for going on 20 years this August, but on some days it is a struggle when the guilt and shame sets in.
I will not let that win! I am so very grateful for His Grace and I remind myself daily that He didn’t bring me out of the storm to sit and and dwell. He makes all things new! His mercy starts fresh every morning!
“Great is thy faithfulness”-I had post partum depression twice, generalized anxiety disorder and depression almost my whole life, colon cancer, and now both my kids have depression and anxiety, plus my daughter has OCD. Yet through it all God has been faithful. He has kept me in His hand, provided a loving and supportive husband, family and friends, Christian dr and psychologist. I can get up every morning and try again, live an abundant life-in His strength. Great is thy faithfulness.
Reminds me of Gods undying love and how he will continue to seek us out
This verse stands out because it’s one of my favorites. What it says about God is that he is Merciful and Faithful, even though we don’t deserve it. I am undeserving of it all, but I receive it. Even if I feel like I can’t go on, His mercies are new every morning and as long as the sun keeps on rising, I will try again.
