The Perfect Word

Jesus, we are grateful for the counsel in our lives who love us and want what is best for us. We are grateful for those that challenge and confront us. Those that push us to be our best version of ourselves. Those that inspire us. Those that help us heal. Those that remind us of our giftings and uniqueness. Those who encourage us. Those who speak truth into our lives. Those that mentor and advocate for us. Those that serve as ambassadors and defenders of us without us ever even knowing it. Those who are just there when we just need someone. Those that serve us so that we can better serve others. We thank you for our spouse, our parents, our grandparents, our children, our aunts and uncles, our cousins…our friends…and the occasional random stranger that you place in our path. Amen
