Matthew 11:27-30
“My Father
has entrusted everything to me.
No one truly knows the Son
except the Father,
and no one truly knows the Father
except the Son
and those to whom the Son
chooses to reveal him.”
Then Jesus said,
“Come to me,
all of you who are weary
and carry heavy burdens,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you.
Let me teach you,
because I am humble
and gentle at heart,
and you will find rest
for your souls.
For my yoke is easy to bear,
and the burden I give you
is light.”
LOCKDOWN PRAYER GUIDE
1. Go outside, sit down, and write
today’s entire Scripture.
2. Ask Jesus to show you where
you need rest in your soul.
3. Write a prayer wherein you “give”
Jesus your cares and concerns.
4. Now close your eyes and listen
to nature; the breeze, the birds, etc.
5. Write something to Jesus telling
him how beautiful he is in creation.
