Look at the farmer!
He knows how to wait
for his valuable crops to mature,
patiently letting the rain
do its slow but sure work.
Be patient like that.
In the meantime, stay steady.
Be strong.

Step 7 of 7: Wait
To look forward in expectation.
The seventh step to becoming
a leader in God’s Kingdom
is to wait for the harvest.
In The Song Of The Vineyard,
after a season of good, hard work
the song ends with the farmer
watching and waiting for grapes to grow.
In other words: Trust The Process.
We must always remember
that our God is a God of seasons.
He doesn’t rush things,
and he won’t be rushed.
Therefore, every leader
must learn to wait on God.
Waiting on God implies
a constant state of peace and patience,
trusting that God is in control.
Every leader must
learn the lost art of watching and waiting
for God to move,
for seeds to grow,
for work to bear fruit.
