1. God, help us remember to pray for things that you have placed on our hearts and minds. Lead us into prayer more often. Give us the wisdom to come to you first in prayer…rather than as a last resort. Amen

2. To the 16 men leaning in this Spring – believe boldly. Not in your own strength, but in the One who calls you forward. Growth requires faith. Leadership requires courage. Transformation requires surrender.
   I pray that this season stretches you, sharpens you, and anchors you deeper in Christ. Step in fully. Trust completely. Through Him all things are possible

3. To the men of HIL Spring ‘26 Cohort,

   Welcome to this journey. A journey of faith and works — that will encourage and challenge you to bring greater integration of your faith wherever you are placed, including the workplace. You are in good hands with the Holy Spirit directing your steps and the community of men in your proximity.

   There is power in thinking. There is greater power in knowing. Yet the greatest is in what you believe. We all continually make choices on what we believe — intentional or unintentionally. I pray as your journey continues here that you may grow in awareness and intentionality to choose beliefs that align more with His word each day.

4. Welcome to the men joining HIL Spring 26! I hope this message finds you well and you are excited to be a part of this cohort and to share and grow in community with fellow believers in Christ.
   Belief…at some point each of us was called to it or perhaps you are being called to it now. Maybe it was early in your life or later in your life. Maybe your parents raised you in Christ and you always known him, or some may have come to Him through heartache and surrender. Whatever the path you took, I always try to remember that He didn’t find me, He was always waiting for me. It took a moment of true belief, orchestrated events, something beyond curiosity, for me to realize that. So now I always look back at that moment in awe and through groups like HIL try to shore up my belief so that it is unassailable. I hope you enjoy the community as much as I have.
